BACKGROUND

Catholic Health was looking to gain an advantage in not just one hospital, but all six in the system, and support its food as medicine platform in a fresh way.

CHALLENGE

How can food become a "wow" factor for the entire Catholic Health system?

HHP created a hub-and-spoke model that allows each site – regardless of size – to have access to top-notch culinary options. Root & Sprig offers a made-to-order menu at “hub” sites, and focuses on grab-and-go for “spoke” sites.
